I am nearly moved into the new place. I have a few boxes and some office furniture left yet, but for the most part I am settled. So far things seem nice enough here.
As one might expect, there are a few things that need fixing but nothing major. The kitchen could use a few bits of cookware. Mostly pots. I hope to pickup a largish pot and colander tomorrow morning. I am also in desperate need of furniture -- particularly a kitchen table and some chairs. I had planned to go out and buy something nice, but the economy has me spooked at a time when my bills are going up substantially.
I should have full-time internet on Monday. At the moment I am using the office connection and, on occasion, kind of borrowing an ad hoc network here and there.
