- HP TouchPad stops working for one user but continues working for other users.
- An icon of a crossed out finger swiping a touchpad occasionally overlays the screen.
- The orange light on the trackpad displays for some but not all user accounts.
Solution
Many of the official solutions recommend recreating your Windows user profile. However, the solution may be as simple as resetting and reconfiguring TouchPad settings.
