Vagrant Hangs Mounting NFS Shared Folders

Problem

NFS fails to mount when running vagrant up and hangs indefinitely at ==> default: Mounting shared folders....

Possible Solution

Your firewall may be blocking one or more of the various ports required by NFS. I haven't definitively sorted out how to open all the needed ports, but disabling the firewall on your development machine will allow you test if this your problem or not.
