Excepting Maybe Summer 2013
I got my copy of Paul Strand: 60 Years of Photographs in the mail today. I am a big fan of the Photo-Secession and Camera Work as a rule, but Paul Strand stands out as one of my all time favorite photographers. This book does not disappoint. The plates are beautiful. I've noticed the Aperture Monograph line of photography books tend to be extremely well crafted. This comes as little surprise when one considers how gorgeous the prints are in the magazine. I highly recommend their books and the magazine. I recognize $25 is a lot to pay for one single magazine, but each issue is essentially an heirloom in waiting.
