It's Alright, If You Like Saxophones
I spent the day working at 30 Rock in Manhattan today. That's where NBC maintains a lot of their television recording studios. Technically it is The GE Building, but everyone calls it by the address, 30 Rockefeller Plaza. The building itself is an odd mix of stylish and timeless Art Deco paired with equal parts bleak industrialism. Individual television studios are very small, even the big ones. It's kind of startling. The SNL studio is about the size of a small junior high school auditorium. I'm tired now. This is a crazy week.
