Tf = Tc * (9/5) + 32

I am learning to Celsius. It is currently -3ºC and snowing in Philadelphia. Tf = Tc * (9/5) + 32 is the formula for converting temperatures from Celsius to Fahrenheit. I need to memorize it because I can't intuit what Celsius feels like yet.
