Ice Cream and Updates
On Friday, I had my first ice cream since February. I was shocked at how unimpressed I was. I'm talking top-tier, name-brand creamery product, too. It was tasty enough, but I can take it or leave it, which is quite a change. Previously, it took an act of considerable will to prevent me from eating an entire pint in a single sitting. I guess my palette has shifted with my change in diet. I'll talk about that some other time. Right now, I want to address the mailing list issue.
I'm told by some people that my mailing list emails are landing in their spam folders. The service I use to manage the mailing list is supposed to ensure such things happen less often, but can't prevent it entirely. If you see a message from the mailing list in your junk folder, you can try telling your email application it's not spam and then add the address to your contacts. That usually works. I can't tell you exactly how to do either of those things, because the various email apps and services all have slightly different ways to go about it.
If a mailing list doesn’t fit your lifestyle, there's an RSS feed available, too. You seem like an RSS feed type of person anyhow.
