My action items for this week

• Commit to meditating twice a day for at least 5 minutes per session.
• Draft a 5-year plan presupposing a future in which I'm not dying but will have to deal with terrible asthma every winter.
• Call insurer to see what brands of asthma medication are covered on their formulary, then get scripts as suitable.
• Buy some disposable dinnerware for nights when I can't deal with washing dishes.
• Update budget to accommodate moving into the city this summer.
• Get someone to cut my bike lock off (or borrow an angle grinder and protective gear).
• Sunset SmithWebApps and shutdown all old servers.
