Let's Use All of the Water Until There Is None Left to Use
I'm sitting on my couch in New Jersey eating blueberries flown in fresh from California. They're pretty good. Not nearly as good as fresh Jersey blueberries, but they're passable, if a bit mushy. I'm not trying to start a rivalry or anything. California is no doubt awesome in any number of regards, but New Jersey sets the gold standard for blueberries and tomatoes. It almost makes our miserable summers worthwhile, but not quite. These California blueberries make a respectable showing though—especially seeing as California is experiencing the worst drought in recorded history. I wonder how they manage it? I'm sure I don't know, but I suspect we're all doomed. Seriously, Nestle.
